             After speaking with many of our customers over the years we've come to realize a lot of people have considerable difficulty with framing issues.  Often they're overwhelmed by the many choices available, not satisfied with their framing job once completed or, they've struggled with making the myriad decisions regarding color, matting and framing.  We can certainly empathize with that. We too struggled with these same issues for many years.  We went from one framer to another for a very long time but finally several years ago we had the good fortune to meet Michele Willson, owner and designer of Michele's Art & Frame in Idaho Falls, Idaho.  We never go anywhere else now.

            Due to the bulk of business we can send her way we're pleased to announce we, in concert with Michele, will now do framing for those of our customers who desire this service.  We've reached an agreement with Michele for low, medium, and high-end framing, depending upon the customer's wishes.  We've kept decision making to a minimum by only offering a few selections in each category (however, additional choices are available upon request), we trust this will make decision making easier for you.  Such service will include the labor, frame, matting (when necessary), and conservation glass (highly advisable to keep your picture from fading).  Thanks to Michele we can now offer this service at very competitive pricing.  It is generally going to take roughly two to three weeks, once we get the customer's photo to Michele for her to complete the job and ship it to you, our customer.  We hope this service will be one more way we can make dealing with our company a joy to you and better guarantee years of satisfaction with your purchase choice.

            For your framing options there are, broadly speaking, 3 different groupings; (1)low-end, (2)medium range, (3)high-end.  For 8”X10” photos the price ranges will be:( 1) $88-146, (2)$105-163, (3)$131-189.  For 11X14 photos:(1)$102-170, (2)$126-194, (3)$158-226.  For 16X20 photos: (1)$177-225, (2) $217-265, (3) $261-309.  Prices shown are generally for 3” mats, should you desire 4” matting, increase price range approximately $10-15.  Michele is easy to work with and works very hard to accommodate her customer's desires.  While you may find framing at discount dealers less expensive we doubt you'll be satisfied with your purchase.  Please remember this axiom; Quality framing cannot make a poor photo look good, but it can, and will, make a quality photo look great!
